As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will:

  • Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families.
  • Advocate for patients by ensuring their voices are heard and included in care plans.
  • Liaise with families to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Work collaboratively as an associate/key-worker, participating in care planning and multidisciplinary decision-making.
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.
