We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join one of their London clinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.
Role Overview
You'll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:
- Case management assessments and management referrals
- Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS
- Vaccinations in line with the Green Book
- Drug and alcohol screening
- DSE and workplace health assessments
- Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
- Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals
- Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance
- Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff
- Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives
Person Specification
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
- Minimum 2 years' Occupational Health experience
- Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Evidence of continued professional development
