The Role

As the Interim Nursing Home Turnaround Manager, you will work closely with the existing manager to identify areas of concern and implement a clear improvement plan across all aspects of the home. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the existing manager to stabilise the service
  • Leading turnaround activity in a large nursing home
  • Improving clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Addressing safeguarding, risk, staffing, and operational issues
  • Driving improvements in resident care and staff performance
  • Supporting the service through regulatory challenges
  • Working with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable progress
  • Creating a strong, positive leadership presence within the home

What We’re Looking For
