We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Leicester. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £52,944, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:

  • Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
  • Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
  • Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home

Criteria to apply:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
  • Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home
