Interim Opportunity | 6 Month Contract | £350-£400 Per Day

Children's Residential Ofsted Registered Manager – Negotiable Rate Up to £400 / Day

Leaders in Care are working with a highly regarded South East based council, to recruit an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for brand new 2-bed home supporting young people in care.

The Role: As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small home supporting children with EBD. You’ll guide and support your team to deliver high-quality care, making sure the home remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations and continues to improve.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
  • 2 years' experience as a manager in children’s residential care
  • Solid understanding of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD, LD, and complex needs
  • Experience opening or developing services would be an advantage
