We are looking for a Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist healthcare provider, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes across North London and North West London.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £4,877, London Weighting allowance, paid mileage, and an excellent benefits package.
The Role
In this Community Nurse role, you will work in partnership with one of the largest NHS service providers, primarily delivering IV therapies in a community setting. You will manage a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day, providing exceptional clinical care, education, and support, while making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives every day. You’ll work autonomously in the community, building strong relationships with patients and their families, and ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and to the highest clinical standards.
What do you need to be successful?
- To apply for this Community Nurse role, you must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN, and have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Post-registration experience within an acute care setting
- Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices
- Confidence working autonomously and supervising others in the community
- Strong organisation skills and adaptability within a dynamic service environment
- Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential
