Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with highly complex clinical needs in

Teignmouth (TQ14) .

Working within a specialist complex care service, you'll provide high-quality, one-to-one support, helping people with advanced clinical needs live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible in their own homes.

If you have experience supporting individuals with tracheostomies and ventilators , this is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care.
  • Support individuals with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.
  • Provide care for people requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support .
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
  • Monitor and accurately document changes in condition.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote dignity, independence and choice at every opportunity.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a

  • Complex Care Assistant or

Support Worker .

Essential experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
