The Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently delivered. You’ll lead by example, supporting and developing the clinical team while ensuring residents receive person‑centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivered by the clinical team
- Support the Home Manager with implementing policies, procedures, and operational objectives

About You:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
