We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN Qualified) to work as Branch Nurse / Homecare Nurse for a complex care provider in the community. Our Client is one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare in the UK, caring for adults and children in their own homes.

The role of Homecare RN is to cover Greater Manchester, with main areas including Oldham, Rochdale, and Stockport. The office base is in the Greater Manchester area, and you will work between the office and in the community.

Our Client has a team of over 200+ carers, and we are looking for a Registered Nurse to set up care packages by going out to patients' homes, doing risk assessments, and allocating the appropriate care staff to each patient based on their skills and experience. The role also includes:

  • Risk Assessments
  • Care planning
  • Training & assessing care workers' competencies
  • Working with the wider MDT
  • Attending meetings and making referrals
  • Looking at Marr charts
  • Setting up care packages for patients
  • Working between the office and in the community

For this role, you will have excellent organisation, time management, and computer skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word. We are looking for an RGN (Adult) or RSCN (Paediatric), and you will have complex care experience including peg feeds and tracheostomy care.

This role has an office base in Greater Manchester, and the role is to work 4 days per week, from Tuesday - Friday, or Monday – Thursday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. The salary is £38,000.
