We’re currently supporting a highly regarded children's residential care provider in opening a brand-new 8-10 bed children’s home in Brighlingsea, supporting young people aged 11–17 with Learning Disabilities and complex needs, and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for setting up and overseeing the full operational management of the home, recruiting your team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and creating a safe, trauma-informed environment where children can thrive.

Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- 4+ years’ experience in residential childcare (incl. 2+ years in management)

- Skilled in team leadership, service development & partnership working
