Stable 6-month rolling contract | Close-knit team | Permanent senior management | Hybrid working model
We are looking for an experienced children's social worker to join a stable Child Protection team based in South London, for a pay rate of £38.50 per hour, topped up by our Leaders loyalty bonus.
In this role, you will be joining a close-knit pod team who emphasise good working relationships with their peers, as it provides a platform to do your best work. You can also expect a limited/manageable caseload, with cases split evenly across the service to ensure you can dedicate the necessary time to each case.
We take a slightly different approach to other agencies. We are in direct contact with councils, which means we can provide an accurate insight into how councils operate, aligning them with your wants and needs to find the best role for you.
Our direct contact also allows us to give you real flexibility when it comes to working hours, with opportunities to plan your own diary to fit around your busy lifestyle, giving you a good work-life balance.
As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification and registration to Social Work England.
