Clinician-led service | Hybrid working | No on-call | Meaningful pathway improvement

Shape safe, effective neurodevelopmental care as a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead, combining senior clinical leadership with genuine influence over ASD and ADHD pathways. This role may suit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Principal Clinical Psychologist, or experienced Neurodevelopmental Clinical Lead. You will have autonomy to improve quality, strengthen governance, and support a multidisciplinary team, while retaining protected time for complex clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and clinical delivery across adult and children’s ASD and ADHD services.
  • Oversee quality, safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists, and service performance.
  • Line manage and supervise non-medical clinical staff across the service.
  • Develop pathways, standards, audits, and improvement plans with senior clinical partners.

About You

  • Significant post-qualification experience within ASD, ADHD, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services.
  • Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience, or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Senior leadership experience involving multidisciplinary teams, governance, and service delivery.
