Shape safe, effective neurodevelopmental care as a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead, combining senior clinical leadership with genuine influence over ASD and ADHD pathways. Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational and clinical delivery across adult and children’s ASD and ADHD services.
- Oversee quality, safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists, and service performance.
- Line manage and supervise non-medical clinical staff across the service.
- Develop pathways, standards, audits, and improvement plans with senior clinical partners.
About You
- Significant post-qualification experience within ASD, ADHD, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services.
- Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience, or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Senior leadership experience involving multidisciplinary teams, governance, and service delivery.
