As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our care home:
- Lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents
- Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and assume full responsibility in their absence
- Induct new team members and supervise existing staff
- Conduct care audits and ensure person-centred care plans
- Liaise with family members, care professionals, and residents for holistic care provision
- Monitor, report, and investigate safeguarding concerns and risks
- Maintain up-to-date administrative records

About You:
- Must have at least 12 months of right to work in the UK
- Experience leading a team of care assistants and Registered Nurses

- Availability to work 42 hours, including alternate weekends
