We are looking for a nurse‑qualified Deputy Manager to join a luxury care home in Bedford. This Deputy Manager position comes with an excellent salary of up to £60,000, sociable working hours, excellent training and development opportunities and more excellent benefits.

In this Deputy Manager role you will be joining a purpose‑built, luxury home that offers the highest standards of residential and nursing care to its residents. You will be joining a dedicated and compassionate team that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
- Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
- Monitoring the well‑being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met
- Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.
Criteria to apply:
- Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Have prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home.
- Good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance
- Have excellent communication & leadership skills
