✨Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, brush up on your clinical knowledge and community nursing practices. Be ready to discuss your experience in adult nursing and how it relates to providing high-quality, person-centred care. This will show that you’re not just a qualified nurse, but someone who understands the unique challenges and rewards of community nursing.

✨Showcase Your Independence

Since this role involves working independently, think of examples from your past where you’ve successfully managed your own caseload or made decisions autonomously.
