Your Role in the Community
You’ll work with adults experiencing mental health needs, supporting independence and recovery through high-quality statutory practice:
- Completing mental health and social care assessments
- Managing Section 117 aftercare cases
- Developing person-centred care and support plans
- Working collaboratively with health professionals, voluntary sector partners, and community services
- Applying mental health legislation, safeguarding principles, and Care Act duties confidently
- Advocating for individuals to ensure they receive the right support at the right time
