Your Role in the Community

You’ll work with adults experiencing mental health needs, supporting independence and recovery through high-quality statutory practice:

  • Completing mental health and social care assessments
  • Managing Section 117 aftercare cases
  • Developing person-centred care and support plans
  • Working collaboratively with health professionals, voluntary sector partners, and community services
  • Applying mental health legislation, safeguarding principles, and Care Act duties confidently
  • Advocating for individuals to ensure they receive the right support at the right time
