- Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns and referrals
- Completing timely risk assessments and making informed threshold decisions
- Working closely with police, health professionals, housing, and partner agencies to share information effectively
- Coordinating safeguarding enquiries and ensuring appropriate interventions are put in place
- Applying the Care Act 2014 and Making Safeguarding Personal principles to all areas of practice
- Managing a varied workload while maintaining accurate and timely case recording
- Supporting positive outcomes through effective multi-agency working and early intervention

- Qualified Social Worker
- Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Experience within Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty services
- Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
- Excellent assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment
