Salary: Up to £44,000 per year

Leader Group is proud to partner with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Children's Speech and Language Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs, working as part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team in a supportive school environment.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Direct assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Delivering high-quality services to pupils with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Working collaboratively within a Clinical Team across two school sites
  • Supporting students with attachment difficulties and developmental trauma

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • HCPC registered (Essential)
  • Experienced in SEN education
  • Familiar with a range of SALT assessments and interventions
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEND
  • Holds a Full UK Driving Licence and has access to a vehicle
  • Interested in attachment theory and trauma-informed practice
