Exciting Opportunity: Science Teacher at a Leading Therapeutic Education Service in Cannock, Staffordshire Location: Cannock, Staffordshire Salary: 27,456 – 43,014 Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sector: SEN / Therapeutic Education Leader Group is proud to be partnering with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teachers and Support Staff. We currently have an outstanding opportunity available for a qualified Science Teacher in Cannock. About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Science Teacher to join a specialist team supporting students with complex educational needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges, communication difficulties, and trauma-related behaviours.
As part of a nurturing and innovative team, your responsibilities will include: Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN). Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Setting, marking and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.
Supporting pupils in gaining a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone who is: Passionate about working with students with SEND. Experienced ideally with at least 2 years in a SEND environment or similar provision.
