Leader Group is thrilled to partner with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teaching Assistants. We have an exceptional opportunity available in Worksop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, Support, inspire: Work closely with learners, providing curriculum-based support both in the classroom and through home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
- Prepare and Deliver: Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to achieving learning objectives, with a strong emphasis on behavioural management.
- Track Progress: Maintain daily reports on learners\’ progress and address any barriers to learning.
- Engage with Families: Regularly communicate and interact with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to education.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passion for SEND: Demonstrates a committed and passionate approach to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Experience: A minimum of two years\’ experience in a SEND environment or similar educational setting.
- Qualifications: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous.
