Exciting Opportunity: Executive Headteacher
Position: Executive Headteacher – SEMH
Salary: Upto Β£80K + Β£3,600 Car Allowance/Year + KPI Bonus up to 21%, negotiable for exceptional candidates
Responsibilities
Your Role as Executive Headteacher: As the strategic and operational leader, you will:
- Shape School Vision: Establish and implement goals and policies that drive excellence.
- Have multi site management experience .
- Inspire Leadership: Lead by example with clear values and moral purpose, ensuring outstanding education for all pupils.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside the Education Director to foster a culture of achievement across schools.
- Drive Quality: Monitor teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes, ensuring high expectations and curriculum standards.
- Safeguard and Support: Uphold robust safeguarding practices and provide leadership for Ofsted inspections and compliance.
- Develop Teams: Guide the senior leadership team and manage staff development initiatives.
