Nosa Bathrooms is a premium bathroom retailer specialising in beautifully designed, high-quality bathrooms for discerning homeowners, designers, specifiers and premium house builders. Our Harrogate showroom is more than a retail space — it is a curated, experiential, design-led environment where customers come to spend time discussing choices and invest in their homes to create something exceptional. We are now looking for an experienced and commercially driven Showroom Manager to lead our Harrogate store and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
This is a hands-on, sales-led management role, you will deal with a wide range of customer types, identify prospects and build sales pipeline whilst building the Brand reputation in the area encouraging footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the Showroom ensuring sales targets are clear and met daily.
- Deliver exceptional customer consultations to support the path to purchase journey and enhance the look and feel by selling the look across our full range of products.
- Build strong relationships and trust that converts to high-value sales into premium bathroom projects dealing with designers, specifiers and house builders.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through prospects, quotations and follow-up.
- Ensure the showroom reflects our brand and luxury positioning.
- Drive revenue growth and performance to ensure targets are met.
- Build brand reputation and equity in the local area to make Nosa the go-to place and drive strong recommendation and advocacy.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a confident, professional, experienced and commercially astute individual with:
- A proven background in sales (ideally bathrooms, interiors, kitchens or luxury/premium retail).
- Experience working with high-value customers, designers and specifiers.
- Ideally experience in project-led sales purchases via contractors and/or house builders.
- Strong consultative selling skills that build and nurture relationships for repeat business.
- The ability to close sales professionally through product knowledge and use of valued attributes.
- Experience managing a retail or showroom environment and all associated activities.
- Familiar and strong supporter of daily stand-up sessions to set daily targets, track and monitor performance at individual level and take rapid corrective action as needed.
- Ability to coach, develop and manage a team to set them up for success and achieve the needs of the job.
- A keen eye for detail and presentation from entry to exit.
- Confidence working with customers investing in premium products from point of contact to after sales.
Experience within bathrooms is highly desirable, but we will also consider candidates from:
