We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Plan and teach engaging lessons, working with small groups and individual students.
- Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write detailed reports.
- Support students in developing confidence and independence, fostering a love of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding their children's progress.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
- QTS/QTLS is essential.
