Leader Group is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive team working with pupils aged 7-18 with complex educational needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a SEND environment, QTS/QTLS, and a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for small groups and individual students.
• Prepare teaching materials, manage registers, and write reports.
• Support students\’ confidence and independence, fostering a love of learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and communicate with parents and carers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a SEND setting.
• QTS/QTLS qualification.
• Passionate and committed approach to SEND education.
