We are currently recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a school based in Morpeth, Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, committed individual who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them succeed both academically and emotionally.

Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:40am – 3:40pm
- Friday: 8:40am – 2:40pm
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
- Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
