Position: Executive Headteacher β SEMH
Salary: Upto Β£80K + Β£3,600 Car Allowance/Year + KPI Bonus up to 21%, negotiable for exceptional candidates
Leader Group, in partnership with an independent school client, is seeking an exceptional Executive Headteacher to lead and inspire multiple SEMH independent schools across Bedfordshire.
Your Role as Executive Headteacher
As the strategic and operational leader, you will:
- Shape School Vision: Establish and implement goals and policies that drive excellence.
- Have multi site management experience.
- Inspire Leadership: Lead by example with clear values and moral purpose, ensuring outstanding education for all pupils.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside the Education Director to foster a culture of achievement across schools.
- Drive Quality: Monitor teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes, ensuring high expectations and curriculum standards.
- Safeguard and Support: Uphold robust safeguarding practices and provide leadership for Ofsted inspections and compliance.
- Develop Teams: Guide the senior leadership team and manage staff development initiatives.
