Specialist SEND School — Temporary role with potential to become permanent. Inspire and support young people with complex SEND needs across 11–19. Leader Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist 11–19 school supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, from Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) to Autism. This position is covering maternity leave, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact while supporting continuity for pupils. This is a hands-on teaching role, where you will plan and deliver lessons that meet the individual academic, social, and life-skills needs of each pupil. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning and development. The role is temporary to start, with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate commitment, skill, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for pupils aged 11–19 with complex SEND needs
