Support and inspire children with EHCPs in a specialist KS2 setting! Leader Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a small, specialist school in Leeds. The school supports children in Year 3, 4, 5, and 6, each with an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) due to a medical condition, disability, or early social communication and interaction difficulties. This is a hands-on teaching role where you will plan and deliver a tailored curriculum designed to meet the individual EHCP outcomes of each child, while promoting the development of the whole child. Every part of the school day is treated as a learning opportunity, and your work will have a direct impact on children’s growth, confidence, and achievement. These positions are temporary to start, with a real opportunity to move into a permanent teaching role for candidates who demonstrate commitment and impact.
