Care and Support Worker DRIVERS ONLY! Must hold a full valid UKs driving license £13p/h+ Full time or Part time WF17 6LS Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for outgoing and strong willed Support Workers in the WF17 area of Batley. Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients physical, mental, clinical and non-clinical care needs. This specific role involves supporting a lady in her mid 30s, who has an acquired brain injury. Job Specifics: You would be required to prompt and assist her with daily living tasks i.e., going out on social visits, prompting personal care and domestic tasks and also encouraging her to live a more independent life. This role mainly entails companionship visits and in depth observation of behaviour. Shift Pattern: Day shift: 9am-7pm Waking night: 7pm-Midnight Sleep-in Shift: Midnight- 9am Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
- At least 6-months of UK based care experience
- Knowledge of complex care is desired
- Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
- All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
