We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a well-established Children’s Residential service in Spalding on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with children’s residential experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and growing organisation.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will help provide a safe, stable, and nurturing home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team, you will support the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic care while leading by example and helping junior staff develop.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Children’s Residential setting
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Experience or knowledge of child‑centred therapeutic care models
  • Strong communication skills with a caring, flexible, and resilient approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work shifts, long days, and sleep‑ins
