About The School
This small, nurturing school supports pupils aged 2–16 and is built on strong relationships, creativity, and care. The Role
This is a long-term opportunity (following a successful trial), with consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel supported throughout their school day.
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Are
- a graduate looking to start a career in education, psychology, or care
- have a passion for working with children or vulnerable individuals
- are patient, adaptable, and empathetic
- communicate clearly and build positive relationships
- understand (or are willing to learn) the importance of safeguarding
- hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
- have relevant experience (helpful, but not essential — attitude matters most!)
