Leader Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Classroom Assistant in West Yorkshire to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs starting September 2026.

You'll engage with children, helping them develop emotional resilience and confidence.

This full-time role involves working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Ideal candidates should come from backgrounds in youth work, care, or health services, and have a passion for helping children succeed.
