About The Client
Our Client are a new and ambitious children's care provider looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a solo provision children's home in Wisbech. This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a new service while working alongside a supportive and hands-on Responsible Individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the operational activities of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care.
- Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
- Achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted inspection outcomes.
- Implement the Statement of Purpose, ensuring the home's objectives are met.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
