Overview
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll be finding, attracting and matching brilliant candidates to roles in our client schools and provisions.
This role is all about great communication, determination and doing things the right way – our way – with honesty, transparency and fairness at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and making sure the whole recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.

For Trainees
You’ll start by learning the ropes – getting to know the education sector, understanding our recruitment process, and building your candidate network. With full training and support, you’ll grow into managing your own clients and becoming a trusted partner to schools and provisions.
For Experienced Consultants
You’ll hit the ground running, using your expertise to manage existing clients while also developing new business. We’ll support you to build on your success and grow your desk, with plenty of autonomy and opportunity for progression.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates for roles in schools and provisions.
- Learn and understand the education recruitment market, including the types of roles we recruit for and the needs of our clients.
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required standards and are a good fit for the roles available.
- Build relationships with candidates based on trust, honesty, and respect.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and interactions.
- Work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and recruitment processes.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks, challenges, and situations, using feedback to improve.
- Always act with integrity, doing what is right for both candidates and clients.
- Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
- Commit to learning and development to build your skills and progress in your recruitment career.
- Once confident with sourcing and placing candidates, begin developing your own client base and professional network.
- Build lasting relationships with schools and provisions, providing them with a professional and dependable recruitment service.
Requirements
