Full-time & long-term roles available. Are you a caring, empathetic person looking to help children thrive in school? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to support young children with social, physical & learning difficulties, working 1-1 and in small groups to help them get the most out of school. Leader Education is working in partnership with inclusive mainstream and specialist SEND primary schools in Leeds, offering rewarding full-time roles for individuals who want to make a genuine impact supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support
  • Help pupils access learning and stay engaged
  • Support behaviour regulation and emotional well-being
  • Adapt activities to meet individual needs
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists

You may support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), SEMH needs, or physical and sensory needs. Some roles may involve personal care.
