Leader Education is excited to be recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming, close-knit SEND school in Bedale. This small, nurturing school supports pupils aged 2–16 and is built on strong relationships, creativity, and care. The Role

This is a long‑term opportunity (following a successful trial), with consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel supported throughout their school day.

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
