Overview

The Leader Group supports a growing education programme as part of a leading specialist education provider. We are looking for a dedicated SEN Tutor to make a genuine difference for learners who need extra support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths, English, and intervention sessions at KS3 or foundation KS4 level.
• Work face‑to‑face with learners in their homes or neutral locations such as community libraries, or via Microsoft Teams across the Peterborough area.
• Support vulnerable students by tailoring lessons to their learning needs.
• Collaborate with safeguarding advisors to ensure learner\’s wellbeing and development are fully supported.

About You

• Hold QTS/QTLS (essential).
• Have a compassionate, student‑focused approach, especially for learners with SEND or SEMH needs.
• Have tutoring or teaching experience with children requiring additional support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
