Leader Education in South Shields is seeking a confident, resilient, and enthusiastic Male Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Pupil Referral Unit. The successful candidate will support young people facing barriers to mainstream education, provide a positive male role model, and help pupils with SEMH needs to re-engage with learning.
This role requires experience working with children or young people in any supportive capacity, as well as strong behaviour management skills. Competitive pay rates and a referral bonus scheme are offered.
