The Right Candidate Will

  • Be compassionate, patient, and resilient, with a calm, nurturing, and positive approach
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
  • Be confident supporting pupils with personal care and mobility needs (full training provided)
  • Be familiar with, or eager to learn about, tailored interventions, sensory approaches, and alternative communication strategies
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for making a lasting difference in children’s lives
