This unique setting supports pupils from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4, providing vital guidance to young people who may be at risk of exclusion or have faced challenges in mainstream education. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students both emotionally and academically to help them thrive
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams to deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support
- Helping students develop positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation skills
- Building confidence in learners within the classroom and across the school community
- Encouraging greater engagement, participation, and enjoyment in learning
- Staying calm under pressure and confidently de-escalating challenging situations
