Leader Education are looking for a passionate, resilient, and dedicated male professional to join a fantastic SEND school in Peterlee on a full-time basis. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support children and young people from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4, helping pupils with complex additional needs grow in confidence, independence, and achievement both inside and outside the classroom.

About the Role

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Full time, long term, temporary contract
  • September start

The school is seeking someone who is patient, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. Previous experience within a SEND environment is desirable, along with a strong understanding of inclusive and child-centred practices.
