Executive Headteacher Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 Plus Bonus and Car Allowance We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and visionary Executive Headteacher to lead a specialist independent school in Bedfordshire, with responsibility expanding to two additional provisions as they open. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of a growing group of schools that provide high-quality education for pupils with additional needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple school sites
- Inspire and manage senior leadership teams
- Oversee curriculum quality, teaching standards, and student progress
- Ensure strong safeguarding and compliance practices
- Lead school development planning and Ofsted readiness
- Work collaboratively with educational psychologists and clinical teams
