We\’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Deputy Headteacher to join a brand-new SEMH school in Worksop. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, curriculum, and success of a school from the very beginning. You will:

• Lead alongside the Headteacher from day one
• Oversee curriculum, teaching standards & pupil progress
• Manage staff and resources
• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Requirements

• SEN/SEMH leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted & SEND Code of Practice
• Excellent teaching & behaviour management skills
