We are looking for an experienced Complex Care and Support Worker in the Bradford area. Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider supporting clients with various physical and emotional needs.
This Role Will Involve:
- Providing person-centered care on a 2-1 basis to a man with a spinal injury.
- Supporting with daily needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilation support, nebulizers, cough-assists, suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and other support as needed.
Full training will be provided to develop the necessary skills.
Shift Patterns: 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, 7 days per week.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not supported).
- Ability to attend a face-to-face interview in Leeds City Centre.
- Minimum of 6 months UK-based health or social care experience.
- Compassionate, patient, with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality to connect with clients.
- Attend mandatory training in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
- All successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
