Leadenhall Search is currently hiring for a leading global firm looking for a Workday Specialist to help transition a recently implemented Workday platform into a mature, business-as-usual operating model. You’ll join a newly formed team focused on improving adoption, optimising configuration, and delivering ongoing enhancements across the Workday ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys partnering with HR and business stakeholders, shaping product strategy, and continuously improving how Workday supports people and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing evolution of the Workday product roadmap, aligning system capability with people and business priorities.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance multiple Workday modules as the platform moves from initial rollout to full adoption.
- Lead and support bi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and functional SMEs, helping embed Workday into day-to-day operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and configuration challenges.
- Support BAU HR activity, ensuring data quality, security, governance, and reporting requirements are met.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, user guidance, and progress updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HR modules, particularly HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance.
- Experience supporting Workday in a BAU environment, including releases, testing, and issue management.
- Solid understanding of Workday security, reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and EIBs.
- Proven ability to streamline HR processes and improve user experience.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and deliver change.
- Detail-oriented approach to data quality, audits, and continuous improvement.
