Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for Senior Associates and Managers on behalf of a fast-growing boutique strategy Consultancy. This is a great opportunity to work for a company going through an exciting growth period in their London office. The company covers a range of areas, including TMT, marketing, events, education, and private equity, just to name a few. The company can offer you constant variety with your work, with most projects lasting 4-8 weeks, allowing constant development for yourself. You will predominantly be based in their London office, to ensure you are able to maintain a strong work-life balance. However, you will still be given the opportunity to travel, with many of these occasions being international travel, including secondments to their New York office.
The Role:
- You will be able to manage and lead multiple projects, varying in size for an array of clients.
- You will be integral in problem solving. Designing solutions for our various clients will be a key aspect of your role.
- You will be required to give presentations to clients and to attend client meetings.
- Associates and analysts will report into you, whilst you manage them on various projects.
The Person:
- More than 3 years’ experience working in strategy consulting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and to lead effectively.
- Strong data analysis and numerical skills, alongside excellent proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about the sectors we cover.
- Managerial experience.
- CDD and strategy consulting experience.
