A fast-growing, innovative technology company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team on a permanent basis. The company operates at the intersection of advanced technology, software, and infrastructure, delivering highly sophisticated solutions to customers across global markets.

The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and will provide broad, commercially focused legal support across the business. This is a general corporate role, supporting both day-to-day legal needs and longer-term strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Support a wide range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, group structuring, shareholder matters, and internal policies.
- Assist with strategic transactions, including investments, joint ventures, partnerships, and other corporate projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements as required.
- Partner with finance, strategy, and operations teams on growth initiatives and business-critical projects.
- Identify, assess, and clearly communicate legal and commercial risks, offering practical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage external counsel on specialist, transactional, or jurisdiction-specific matters.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and scaling of legal processes within a growing organisation.
- Qualified lawyer with 5β7 yearsβ post-qualification experience.
- Trained at a top-tier law firm (e.g. Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or Tier 1 international firm), with subsequent in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grounding in general corporate law, gained through a combination of private practice and in-house roles.
- Experience supporting technology-led, infrastructure, or high-growth businesses is advantageous.
- Commercial, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior leadership.
- Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English.
