An international consulting group is seeking an experienced, business-minded Senior Legal Counsel to lead its legal function. This is a rare opportunity to shape legal infrastructure in a growing, global business.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including client service contracts, licensing arrangements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and supplier/vendor contracts.
- Oversee corporate matters such as board documentation, director changes, corporate filings, and legal entity management.
- Provide guidance on international compliance issues including sanctions, anti-money laundering, data protection, and internal governance.
- Support the People team with employment law matters, internal policies, and workforce compliance across multiple countries.
- Advise on IP strategy, manage trademarks and licensing issues, and protect the company’s brand assets.
- Handle legal aspects of global operations, including cross-border transactions, M&A activity, and regulatory requirements.

You are around 7-10PQE, ideally combining private practice training with in-house legal exposure in fast-paced or international environments. Your background spans several key areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, IP, and technology transactions. You’re confident working independently, balancing legal risk with commercial realities, and providing clear, practical advice to non-legal stakeholders. Strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business are essential.
