We are partnered with a major international law firm who are looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate (3-6 years PQE) to join their Employment Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative and well-regarded team advising on high-quality employment matters for UK and international clients. Their clients range from fast-growing businesses and emerging multinationals to large, well-known global organisations, and the role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment work.
The Role
- You will work closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally, advising clients on matters including:
- Global and UK restructuring projects
- Employee relations and workplace issues
- Discrimination, whistleblowing and investigations
- Termination of employment and exits
- Employment-related data protection matters
- Outsourcing projects and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Employment Tribunal, High Court and County Court claims
- Protection of confidentiality and other business interests
