We are currently partnering with a highly regarded international aviation leasing and asset management platform on the search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team on a part-time basis (approximately 60%). This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and globally recognised business operating at the forefront of the aviation sector. The role offers broad exposure across legal, regulatory, and commercial matters within a lean and highly collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will support a wide range of matters including:
- Regulatory and compliance advisory work
- Corporate governance and board support
- Litigation and disputes management
- Commercial and operational legal matters
- External counsel management
- General strategic legal support across the platform
This position would suit someone who enjoys operating as a broad commercial generalist and is comfortable working independently within a fast-paced international business.
Candidate Profile
